ELIZABETH HYDE (DIRECTOR)
Liz has been running Paradise Properties Cairns for over 13 1/2 years and her aim is to establish outstanding communication with current and future clients. Liz is passionate about her business and is excited to be offering fantastic service to all her clients.
Liz has had extensive Real Estate experience over a period of 27 years throughout Queensland and New South Wales. During this period in the Real Estate Industry Liz has been employed in roles including Senior Property Management (both residential & commercial) & Support Roles (both sales and property management).
She takes a keen interest in helping Landlords get the most from their property management experiences. Having investment properties in the past, Liz knows what is needed from a Property Manager. Keeping you well informed throughout any process which involves your property.
With a sense of pride in her work, Liz exceeds expectations and has great communication with clients. Very friendly and considerate, her number one priority is to build a relationships based on respect to her landlords.
Liz also knows how important is it to keep up to date with all training and Laws of real estate and attends regular training courses throughout the year.

JULIE SMITH (PROPERTY MANAGER)
Julie has been working with us for over 3 years. Conducting routine inspections, showing rental properties to prospective tenants and general office duties. She has an eye for detail as she has worked as a cleaner for several years. She loves dealing with clients and is very friendly. She loves helping people and knows exactly how to do a great job for our Company.
