Prior to signing my agency agreement with Liz; I met with 6 property managers plus had used two other real estate agencies that were based in Cairns. Liz was the only person who not only met me without any fuss, although she was the only agent that returned my calls and followed up our meeting during and after my time in Cairns.
I work in real estate, and I have high expectations on the service that I receive when it comes to my properties. Being that I am located in New South Wales, it is extremely difficult to be able to attend to my property for inspections or for any issues that arise. In a time of trouble, from a tenant that was not paying their rent, and a tenant that was approved by another agency, Liz was consistently on the phone and receiving payments for me without delay; and in most circumstances, I would receive contact before needing to think about calling her first. During a time where my property was vacant, Liz’s research and recommendations were perfect to the market. She found me a great occupant and kept me well updated in the most stressful time of owing investment properties. As I mentioned above, I have used two other agencies to manage my property in Cairns, and I do not trust, nor have I found any other real estate agent in Cairns, with the same high professional manner.
